Mars Finance News, June 28 - According to information disclosed on the CSRC website, a total of 7 new companies filed for IPO tutoring registration this week (June 22 to 28), namely Indel B (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Jiteke Electric Co., Ltd., Noah Liquid Cooling Technology (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Century Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., Beijing Vire Technology Co., Ltd., Harbin Hanlin Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Zhejiang Ruiying Sensor Technology Co., Ltd. Among them, Indel B (Guangdong) is the Chinese entity of Italy's Indel B, primarily engaged in the front-loading vehicle refrigerator and retail brand, supplying to automakers such as Mercedes-Benz, Li Auto, and AITO. The company initially filed for IPO tutoring in December 2024, withdrew in April 2026, and re-appointed China Merchants Securities for re-filing in June of the same year, making a second attempt at an A-share listing. Founded in Beijing in 2006, Vire Technology is a domestic provider of military information system engineering simulation software, mainly dealing in military simulation software and digital battlefield platforms, serving defense science and technology units.
