Don’t just focus on AI! What may truly determine the next market cycle could be the power sector!

Whether you’re investing in U.S. stocks or A-shares, the power sector really is worth placing emphasis on.

Today, driven by both the AI wave and extreme weather, global electricity is becoming increasingly scarce.

Not long ago, the southeastern United States entered a state of power emergency; the UK even issued power supply warnings twice within a week; and domestically, plans have just been released to speed up the construction of a new type of power grid.

These events may seem to be happening in different countries, but in reality they all point to the same trend.

In the coming years, electricity will no longer be just a traditional industry—it will become core infrastructure supporting the development of industries such as AI computing power, new energy, electric vehicles, and smart manufacturing.

AI needs computing power, computing power needs data centers, and what data centers need most is stable and sufficient electricity.

It can be said that without electricity, there is no AI era.

In the next few years, global demand for electricity is likely to continue climbing, and electricity may well return to being one of the most important main themes in global capital markets.

So, whether it’s U.S. stocks or A-shares, don’t ignore the power sector.

In the future, behind all competition, the essence is electricity.
