Dreame business adjustment, simultaneously initiating personnel optimization.

Mars Finance News, June 28: Recently, various business units (BUs) under Dreame have been scaling back and adjusting. The company has significantly reduced and consolidated more than 200 business units (BUs) into four major core business segments, while also launching personnel optimization. A person in charge of Dreame’s relevant businesses said that recently Dreame Technology has completed a new round of core strategic adjustments, formally locking in four core tracks: smart home, outdoor courtyards, smart mobility, and embodied intelligence. The company is also systematically reviewing and optimizing its business structure. This strategic iteration represents a profound reshaping of the company’s development logic, with a full return to the core tracks of hardcore technology R&D and technology implementation. Alongside the business adjustments, personnel optimization is also underway, which is the largest-scale organizational and personnel streamlining since Dreame was established. It is reported that the overall shutdown and layoff ratio for the company is about 12%. Estimates suggest that the total number of people in the Dreame system (excluding front-line factory employees) is about 20,000, and this optimization involves about 2,400 people. This proportion is slightly higher than the normal annual elimination ratio of about 10% in Dreame Technology’s mid-year assessment. (China Business News)
