Folks, happy weekend! @sleepagotchi

Did you sleep well last night?
It seems like everyone knows that good sleep is important, but when it comes to maintaining a regular sleep schedule every day, few people can do it easily.
Before bed, you lie down, pick up your phone, and can't put it down—always thinking, "Just one more scroll, then sleep." Before you know it, it's already past midnight, and some folks even pull all-nighters!
Almost everyone has gone through this in this era!

That's exactly why I recently noticed @sleepagotchi—it's because its approach is quite different from ordinary sleep apps.
It doesn't just record your sleep duration and throw a bunch of data at you; instead, it helps you build habits with solid feedback—every good night's sleep helps you make progress, and you can earn $SLEEP rewards.
There's also a little dinosaur named Dino in the app. It doesn't lecture or create anxiety. The way it stays up late gripping its phone is exactly like us before bed every night—more effective than countless early-sleep reminders.

But I think what's most worth discussing isn't the reward itself.
When we use various health apps, all our daily data like sleep and routines is handed over to the platform. This data itself can generate significant value, but as the creators of that data, we basically get no real benefit.
Sleepagotchi is trying to change this logic!
Give users back ownership of their health data!
It doesn't lock data in a closed system; instead, it builds an ecosystem around this data—AI sleep analysis, personalized health advice, brand partnerships, etc. Users decide whether to open up their data, and they can also share in the value generated by their data.

I used to think many concepts in Web3 were far from ordinary people, but when it comes to health, it actually feels very practical.
Health data has long been a valuable digital asset. The future of the health track may not center on more expensive monitoring devices or more complex algorithms, but on whether users can truly control their own data and get real returns from their daily life data.

Starting from the small matter of sleeping well—getting your routine in order while earning corresponding rewards—this kind of daily, grounded direction is more worth paying attention to.
