CoinWorld News, on June 27 local time, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said at a press conference that there is no room for a "two-state" solution between the sea and the Jordan River. Netanyahu also said that the Israeli public was previously divided on the "two-state solution" issue, but over the past three years (after the outbreak of the new round of Israeli-Palestinian conflict in October 2023), this attitude has changed. Media analysis suggests that Netanyahu's latest remarks mean that the idea of establishing a Palestinian state that coexists peacefully with Israel on the territories occupied by Israel during the 1967 Middle East war has suffered the latest blow—although 157 of the 193 UN member states have recognized Palestine's statehood.
