Subway and railway systems in many parts of Venezuela will resume operations.

On the 27th local time, Venezuelan Minister of Transport Jacqueline Faria announced that the Caracas, Valencia, and Maracaibo metros, as well as the passenger railway between Caracas and the Valley of Tuy, will resume operations on the 28th. Faria stated that the decision was made after a rigorous evaluation of the safety conditions of each railway line. (CCTV News)
