The first domestic fourth-generation semiconductor material full industry chain project settles in Zhengzhou.

Mars Finance News: Recently, the Zhengzhou High-tech Zone signed an agreement with Zhongke Fenyan (Henan) Superhard Materials Co., Ltd., under which the company’s fourth-generation semiconductor materials production base has officially settled in the zone. The base is China’s first full industrial-chain project for fourth-generation semiconductor materials, and will add a crucial link to Henan’s globally distinctive superhard materials industry chain. The production base covered by this signing and settlement will rely on the technological foundation of Zhongke Fenyan’s world’s first LPPHT micro-nano diamond production line, laying a solid foundation for the independent R&D, production, and large-scale mass production of core materials for fourth-generation semiconductors.
