The United States again strikes Iran, explosions heard in Sirik area.

Jinse Finance reports that on June 28, according to the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting, an explosion was heard in the Sirik region of southwestern Iran, and the explosion was related to multiple artillery shells hitting a communication tower. U.S. media outlet AXIOS reported that U.S. officials said the U.S. military is striking Iranian targets in the Strait of Hormuz area in response to Iran's attack on a commercial oil tanker on Saturday. This is the second round of airstrikes carried out by the U.S. military since the signing of the "U.S.-Iran Memorandum of Understanding."
