$$HOT 28% single-day surge, do you see the 0.0004 level as a breakout or a fakeout? I'm not interested in discussing with you, I'll just show my cards: this is a critical point now.

Let's first look at the volume-price signals. Starting from 0.0003 on July 30, the 24-hour trading volume surged to $9.4 million, more than three times the previous two days.

The candlestick body engulfed the long upper shadow of July 27, and the price also stood above the MA20 and MA60 crossover point of 0.00038.

If calculated according to the traditional head and shoulders bottom right shoulder breakout, theoretically the neckline 0.00045 is the target.

But note, the 0.0004 level happens to be the resistance area of the downward trend line since June 18. It just touched and formed a small-bodied doji, indicating a tug-of-war between bulls and bears.

Now look at the MACD. DIF has a golden cross above DEA below the zero line, but the red bars have not yet increased in volume.

If it can stand firmly on 0.00039 with volume tomorrow, then this bounce will have sustainability.

RSI is currently at 61, not overbought territory, but to continue surging, it needs sustained capital inflow, not just sentiment.

Technically, I lean towards a secondary start after the pullback, not a one-day wonder.

But that doesn't mean blindly rushing in now.

If the price retests 0.00037~0.00038 and holds, I will use 3% of my position to try long, with stop loss below 0.00036 (about -3%), first target 0.00043, second target 0.00048.

If it directly breaks through 0.00042 with volume, then I will add to the position and raise the stop loss to the entry point.

Conversely, if today's close falls back below 0.00037, this pattern is invalidated. I will wait for 0.00033 to observe if there is a bullish divergence with shrinking volume.

Never chase the high at 0.0004 without a stop loss; that's no different from giving away money.

I've been trading for over a decade and only look at candlesticks and structure; I don't trust news.

The stop loss for this wave must be tight, after all, HOT has a small market cap and poor liquidity.

We don't wait for "confirmation signals", we only recognize silver lines and red bars.
