Organized by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, co-organized by the China Hong Kong Dragon Boat Association, and title-sponsored by Sun Life Hong Kong, the highlight of the "Sun Life Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Festival" - the "Sun Life Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Invitational" - began today (27th) at Victoria Harbour.

This year, the "Sun Life Hong Kong International Dragon Boat Invitational" features a total of 21 events, attracting over 220 teams, with more than 4,500 dragon boat athletes from 16 countries and regions. The first day's competition brought together numerous strong local and international teams, with spectators on shore showing great enthusiasm, creating a lively scene.

Earlier, the "Dragon Boat Food Street," "Beer Paradise," intangible cultural heritage workshops, and various photo-worthy spots had already debuted, infusing the Tsim Sha Tsui waterfront with a strong festive atmosphere and attracting large numbers of residents and tourists. As the competition weekend arrives, many residents and tourists gather in the live broadcast zone to immerse themselves in the grand spectacle of the dragon boat finals.
