The night I turned off my phone, my account started to go up instead.

I used to have a habit of panicking if I didn't check the charts every few minutes. $BEAT
I checked while eating, walking, using the bathroom, before sleeping, and the first thing in the morning. I always thought the closer I watched, the more opportunities I would catch.
But what was the result? #0成本拿2股SK海力士
I still lost every penny I was supposed to lose, but my sleep got worse and my emotions became easier to lose control.
Once after losing several trades in a row, I got so angry that I threw my phone aside and took a shower. When I came back and opened the charts, the market had already made a clear move, and the direction was completely opposite to my previous constant trading decisions.
At that moment I suddenly realized that many losses were not because I couldn't read the market, but because I watched too much. $SOL
If you stare at every fluctuation, you get affected by every fluctuation. Afraid of missing out when it goes up a bit, afraid of losing when it goes down a bit, you end up chasing peaks and selling dips, turning simple trading into an emotional game.
After that, I set a rule for myself: after entering a trade, set the stop loss and take profit, then walk away from the charts.
Work when it's time to work, eat when it's time to eat, rest when it's time to rest. #0成本拿2股SK海力士
Because what really determines profit is often not the time you spend watching the charts, but whether your trading plan is reasonable.
The market won't give you extra green candles just because you stayed up all night watching the candlesticks; nor will it increase your win rate because you are online 24/7.
On the contrary, long-term chart watching only amplifies anxiety, making you more prone to impulsive actions.
Many times, stepping away from the market actually gives you a clearer view.
In the end, trading is not about who spends the most time watching the charts, but who can control their emotions. The beginning of stable account growth is often not learning more techniques, but learning to wait and learning to put down the phone.
So tonight, why not get some rest early. #美光市值超越Meta跻身全美前十
Make your plan, control your risk, and then sleep peacefully. When you wake up tomorrow, you'll find that a clear mind can help you make money better than staying up all night watching charts.

Staying away from the screen is the most advanced trading strategy; emotional management is a hundred times harder than technical analysis.

$BEAT I admire this mindset, the real alpha learns not to act.

So true. I used to stare at the charts until I had a nervous breakdown. Now I set up conditional orders and just go to sleep, and I've started making profits instead.
