China AMC Shanghai Composite ETF established, raised 215 million yuan.
On June 25, China Asset Management released an announcement that the fund contract for the China AMC SSE Composite Index Exchange-Traded Securities Investment Fund has taken effect on June 24, 2026.
During the fundraising period, the total number of valid subscribers was 1,421, with net subscription amount of RMB 215.2 million. Interest generated during the period was RMB 23,214.22, which was converted into 22,463 fund shares using the truncation method, resulting in total fundraising shares of 215,230,463.
The subscription quantity range for the Company's senior management, fund investment and research department heads is 0; the subscription quantity range for the fund's fund managers is 0.
