U.S. Senators Urge CFTC Probe of Polymarket Marketing

Senators John Curtis and Adam Schiff urged CFTC Chairman Mike Selig to investigate Polymarket over alleged fraudulent marketing to U.S. audiences. A review found that 70% of more than 1,100 videos contained fake bets totaling nearly $2 million. The senators requested a written response by July 10.
