CEA Industries entered a cooperation agreement with YZi Labs, ending a governance dispute over the BNB treasury company. CEA added Ella Zhang, Alex Odagiu, and Matthew Roszak to its board. Odagiu will serve as interim president while CEA searches for a new CEO.
