Semiconductor company stocks are facing selling pressure on Wall Street amid the tech sector downturn.

These pressures come after a report by the US newspaper The New York Times said that OpenAI is considering the possibility of delaying its initial public offering to 2027.

Arm Holdings shares fell by 4%, while Marvell Technology shares dropped by more than 4%. Also, shares of Advanced Micro Devices, Intel, and Broadcom fell by about 2% each.
