Wu Shu reports that Blockworks co-founder Mike Ippolito stated that due to the lack of legal protection and extremely high potential risks, investors are applying a higher discount to projects adopting a "equity plus token" dual structure. He believes that the dual structure is no longer viable in the current crypto market and suggests that project issuers must make a decisive choice between equity and tokens, otherwise they will face a "slow bleed" of depletion.

Mike makes it sound easy, but a lot of project teams have already split the equity and tokens into two different groups of buyers—how are they supposed to sort out this mess?
