Mars Finance News, June 27 — According to public information, the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) has added GigaDevice Semiconductor to its holdings, with a weight of 2.91%. Critini Research analyst Jukan pointed out that GigaDevice Semiconductor is the parent company or related entity of China's DRAM manufacturer ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT). The DRAM ETF focuses on memory chip companies, primarily holding giants such as Samsung, Micron, and SK Hynix. CXMT was co-founded by GigaDevice founder Zhu Yiming, and the two parties have technical, foundry, and investment cooperation. This move highlights the initial exposure of China's domestic DRAM industry in international ETFs.
