Lakala announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Shanghai Guotou Pioneer Artificial Intelligence Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), Beijing Kaola Hongtu Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership), etc. to establish Shanghai Kaola Pioneer Artificial Intelligence Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership). The fund focuses on investing in equity of unlisted companies in the new generation of information technology with artificial intelligence as the main theme, as well as convertible debts with clear conversion conditions, etc. The company plans to subscribe for a share of 150 million yuan in the Kaola Pioneer Fund with its own funds, accounting for 68.18% of the confirmed total subscribed capital contribution.
