Real accountability means:
1- A transparent public report, not one hidden until journalists force it out
2- Named perpetrators where possible
3- Compensation for survivors
4- Independent oversight of aid organizations operating in conflict zones
5- Legal referrals where criminal conduct occurred
MSF's report documents sex for food, underage victims, trafficking patterns and an internal complaint system that failed the women who tried to use it.
59 allegations is not a rogue incident. It's a systemic failure.
