Risk markets are always uncertain, and there is inherently a trade-off between risk control and capturing every penny.

In trading, almost no one can consistently sell at the top and buy at the bottom. Truly excellent traders pursue the long-term execution of a strategy with an edge, rather than striving for perfection in every single trade.

The sense of security that "even when the market fluctuates, I can remain mentally stable" ultimately comes from a stable trading system, reasonable capital management, and allowing oneself to accept that it is impossible to achieve optimal results every time in a market full of uncertainty.
