Goldman Sachs said U.S. IPO activity has doubled year over year, with about 50 companies going public so far in 2026. The bank said issuance has reached roughly $120 billion at the year's midpoint, matching 2021's full-year record. Payward, Consensys, Ledger and Grayscale have delayed or paused IPO plans this year.
