$NFP In 24 hours, 22% was liquidated. Is the low of 0.0051 a second test or the blood drain before acceleration? Last night, 0.0071 surged and fell back, crashing straight back to the starting point. I've seen this pattern before on some altcoin; the next day it rebounded to 0.0065 and then continued to crash 30%.

First look at the technical signals: the 1-hour level has shown a clear pattern of hidden bullish divergence, with MACD histogram area smaller than at the previous low of 0.0051, but the price has no new low. The 15-minute chart made a small double bottom in the 0.0052-0.0054 range early this morning, with volume shrinking to 1/5 of yesterday's peak, giving shorts a temporary breather. However, the 4-hour MA20 is still pressing down; this is just an oversold bounce, not a reversal.
Key levels: first resistance above at 0.0059 (previous pullback low), second resistance at 0.0062 (4-hour Bollinger middle band). As long as 0.0051 holds below, this structure can still see a bounce; if it breaks below 0.0050 with volume, then it will need to find support at 0.0045 or even 0.0042.
Trading plan: now go long near 0.0053-0.0054, control position size within 2%, stop loss if it breaks below 0.0050. First target 0.0059, cut half at that level, and let the rest run to 0.0062. If it directly breaks above 0.0062 and holds, it can be taken to 0.0068. But remember, this is a bottom fishing; if the bounce lacks strength, get out, don't expect it to become a reversal.
One last thing: if 0.0051 is broken for the second time, stay away from this coin in the short term. Do you still have positions? Tell me in the comments whether you are going to follow the long or wait for a second dip? I shorted at 0.0072 last time and have already covered; this time I'm taking a small position to bet on a divergence repair. Let's interact and see the ratio of shorts to longs.
