In psychology, there is a concept called Beibo's Law, which states that after a person has experienced intense stimulation, they will have little feeling when encountering similar things again, and they will not care as much.

Simply put, when you are deeply hurt by a person or an event, and you endure a painful period of suffering, and through this experience, you reshape yourself and successfully emerge from the shadow, then when you encounter similar people or things in the future, you will view them from a more rational and calmer perspective, and you will also have a feeling of having a God's-eye view.
