After digging through the OPG official website, I'm completely confused! The on-chain AI hype is fully loaded, but it's all a dilemma of two hard choices.

The heavily hyped OpenGradient is full of jargon like HACA, ZKML, MemSync, packaged as high-end, but the actual operation is full of flaws, and ordinary developers simply have no way to start.

It claims to offer verifiable AI inference, providing three technical routes, but without clear selection criteria, newcomers can only blindly choose. The official document explicitly states active trade-offs:

If you choose secure ZKML, it's too slow for commercial use; if you choose lightweight Vanilla, it's no different from centralized AI. You have to choose between security and efficiency, pleasing neither side.

MemSync claims to solve data fragmentation, but in reality, it centrally stores users' financial and private conversations, leading to highly concentrated privacy risks.

The platform claims to call over two thousand models at will, promoting a Web2-like smooth experience, but there is no measured latency data anywhere, and performance is completely unverifiable.

The overall technical threshold is extremely high, the trade-offs are contradictory, and real-world data is missing. It's more suitable for speculative positioning than heavy allocation.
