Stunning reversal! $SKHYNIX You're trapped 180 points on your long position at 1900 on Hynix, what should you do? Lao Zhang shows you how!

The darkest hours of the market are often just one bounce away from dawn—but only if you survive until daylight.

Brothers, those of you who chased longs at 1900, only two things are on your mind now: how much deeper will it fall? When will it turn around? Lao Zhang will break it down for you in detail.

Today, the Japanese and Korean stock markets crashed 3%, SK Hynix plummeted 4%, and the storage sector is all red. But don't panic—the hourly RSI has dropped to 16.46, a sign of extreme oversold conditions. The short-term selling momentum is nearly exhausted, and a bounce could happen at any time. The problem is that the MACD just formed a bearish crossover at a high level, and the bearish momentum isn't over yet.

The data is even more painful: the average price of shorts is 1806, and they are now sitting on huge profits, with gains over 60%; the average price of longs is 1655, and although there are more than twice as many longs as shorts, they still have unrealized gains—indicating that large players are not entirely bearish, they just hedged at the high.

The key to breaking even depends on your position size and liquidation price:

If your position is light, hold until around 1720 and do a T trade to reduce cost;

If your position is heavy, wait for a rebound to 1850-1870 and reduce part of it first;

If you're really unsure, you can also reverse and lock positions to prevent liquidation.

Don't blindly hold on your own. If the direction is wrong, all your efforts are in vain! Everyone's position size, leverage, and margin are different; there is no one-size-fits-all solution to break even.
