Story officially renamed to DATA, integrates the world's largest AI data market Kled, and announces strategic cooperation with Toss on the same day.
Deep Tide TechFlow news: On June 26, Story (IP) was officially renamed to DATA Foundation today. IP converts to DATA at a 1:1 ratio, while the number of holders remains unchanged. Trace—the world’s first publicly auditable platform for AI training data—launched in parallel, positioning itself as an “Etherscan for AI training data.” DATA is up 28% today.
DATA announced it has completed a technical integration with Kled, the world’s largest voluntarily contributed AI data marketplace. About 1.1 billion authorized data entries are now connected to the DATA Network, with an expected 10 million new data registrations added daily. By the end of the year, the goal is to rank among the top ten globally in Gas fee revenue.
Poseidon, a DATA ecosystem project (led by a16z, raising 15 million USD), announced a strategic partnership with Toss, Korea’s nationwide financial app (approximately 30 million users). Its data contribution app, Numo, has entered Toss in the form of a mini program. Users can participate in producing voice, image, and POV behavioral data without downloading anything, and receive on-chain rewards in real time. Both parties plan to start in South Korea and gradually expand globally.
Poseidon has completed a 15 million USD seed round led by a16z. Its contributor app, Numo, has currently accumulated over 711,000 on-chain data registration records globally, and is now available via iOS, Android, and the Toss app.
