Many Web3 projects are stuck on the same deadlock:

Are users really participating in the product, or just farming rewards?
@sleepagotchi In the early days, it was the same—a typical Sleep-to-Earn, where you earn tokens just by sleeping on time.
But later, it did something truly crucial:
It completely shifted the goal from "sleeping more" to "sleeping well."
Now, it feels more like a sleep health system than just a game:
Wearable devices record real body data, AI deeply analyzes sleep quality, and then gives back personalized behavioral recommendations.
Rewards still exist, but they are no longer the core driving force.
This shift is actually very important—
Because a truly sustainable product never makes people change just for rewards,
but makes rewards happen naturally after people truly change.
