Invesco Files for Tokenized Fund Targeting Stablecoin Reserves

Invesco, which has more than $2.5 trillion in AUM, filed with the SEC to register a tokenized stablecoin reserve fund. The fund would invest in cash and short-term U.S. Treasury securities. Superstate would serve as sub-transfer agent for the blockchain-integrated shareholder registry.
