Tongfu Microelectronics: National Big Fund's shareholding ratio falls below 5%

Jinse Finance reported that on June 25, Tongfu Microelectronics (002156.SZ) announced that its shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., reduced its holdings of the company’s shares due to its own operational and management needs. Separately, the shareholding ratio was passively diluted as a result of the company’s equity incentive plan. As a result, the shareholding ratio fell from 11.72% to 5.00%, a total decrease of 6.72%. After this change in equity, the industry fund’s shareholding ratio fell to below 5%, and the company’s controlling shareholder and actual controller did not change.
