From Dow Theory, Chan Theory, Elliott Wave Theory, Volume-Price Relationship, Order Flow, and Price Action, a brief analysis of BTC short-term trends (strategy suggestions)

$BTC Comprehensive Analysis

Dow Theory indicates the primary trend remains downward with accelerating bearish momentum (lower lows), the short-term trend is extremely bearish, with key levels at 60,000 (resistance) and 58,121 (support).

Chan Theory shows extremely strong upward stroke strength (+6,460) but also extremely strong downward stroke strength (-5,047, -5,278, -3,707), currently in a low-level consolidation phase after an extended downward stroke.

Elliott Wave Theory confirms the completion of a five-wave decline, with the ABC rebound C-wave failing (+6,460 followed by -8,219), confirming the start of a bearish impulse wave, currently in the expansion phase of wave 3 (-3,707).

Volume-Price Relationship shows a warning signal from the sharp decline on June 24–25 with heavy volume, followed by a volume-shrinking rebound on June 26.

Order Flow shows POC at 59,950, with price below the POC, and Delta MA12 recovering near the zero line.

Price Action shows a quadruple pattern of "Shooting Star" + "Bearish Engulfing" + "Bearish Engulfing" + "Hammer," indicating short-term oscillation but with the 60,000 resistance being key.

Short-term strategy suggestions:

Bullish scenario: If the price shows volume-shrinking stabilization + a bottom-fractal + positive Delta around 58,500–59,000, consider going long, target 60,000 → 61,000, stop loss at 57,500.

Bearish scenario: If the price rallies to around 60,000–61,000 and forms a top-fractal with heavy volume decline, confirming the continuation of wave 3, consider shorting, target 58,121 → 55,000, stop loss at 61,500.

Current status: 59,900 is in a low-level consolidation zone after the crash, with short-term oscillation expected. It is advised to wait for a breakout above 60,000 to confirm a trend reversal before going long, or wait for a breakdown below 58,000 to confirm wave 3 acceleration before going short.
