Mars Finance News, June 25: Jiaocheng Ultrasonic announced that the company plans to acquire a total of 40% of the equity held by the minority shareholders of its controlled subsidiary, Shanghai Jiaocheng Semiconductor Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., for a total transaction consideration of RMB 2076.38 million (RMB 20.7638 million). After the transaction is completed, the company will hold 100% of the equity of Jiaocheng Semiconductor. This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction and still needs to be submitted to the shareholders’ meeting for approval. (Company announcement)
