$FAGS looks like it is trying to build a classic post capitulation base after a heavy breakdown. The big red impulse already flushed most weak hands, and since then price has stopped making aggressive new lows. That is usually the first sign that sell pressure is drying up.

The important part here is the compression near the bottom. MA5 and MA10 are flattening, while price is moving sideways under the MA30. This means the market is no longer in pure freefall mode; it is entering accumulation or reloading mode. If buyers reclaim the short moving averages and start closing above the local range, the next bullish target becomes the previous breakdown zone.
MACD is also showing early recovery behavior. Momentum is no longer expanding heavily to the downside, and the histogram has started stabilizing. For a micro-cap setup, this is where the best reversals often begin: not when everything looks perfect, but when price stops dumping and volatility contracts.

Bullish trigger: reclaim MA30 and hold above the base.
Invalidation: losing the recent low with volume.

Low liquidity and high top holder concentration make it risky, but purely from the chart structure, $FAGS is sitting in a potential bottoming zone where one strong candle can shift momentum fast.

Wait for a volume-backed bullish candlestick to stand above MA30 before considering. Right now, it's just stopping the bleeding, far from confirming a reversal.

A classic capitulation-base script, but high-control trading plus low liquidity equals the chart-drawing paradise for the market maker. I’d rather miss the bottom than catch a falling knife on the left side.

This analysis is too technical. Will a meme coin like $FAGS really follow the moving average? Feels more like a casino where it depends on the dealer's mood.

The flattening of MA5 and MA10 is indeed a critical signal, indicating that the free fall has ended.
However, the bottom structure of micro-cap coins often has many false breakouts; it's more stable to wait until MA30 is reclaimed before taking action.
