Deep Tide TechFlow news, June 25, according to Business Insider, Worldcoin developer Tools For Humanity previously hired two law firms to investigate internal financial irregularities, employee classification, and whether its operations in Thailand violated the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

The report also said the investigation involved allegations that senior management approved large payments to foreign companies to boost Worldcoin's token price performance. The company said it had terminated its relationship with relevant Thai partners after the investigation and strengthened internal compliance policies and due diligence processes, and has not found sufficient evidence to prove that the company or its employees violated relevant anti-bribery laws.
