BlockBeats news, June 25, according to Business Insider citing informed sources, Worldcoin developer Tools For Humanity simultaneously launched two investigations led by external law firms last year, targeting improper use of funds by executives and suspected violations in its Thailand business. The company's relevant executives were accused of approving payments of millions of dollars to a foreign company.

It is reported that the purpose of this funding was not for normal business procurement or service expenses, but to artificially inflate the market price of its cryptocurrency Worldcoin. In addition, Tools for Humanity's Thai partner turned out to be an internationally wanted suspect involved in a "pig-butchering scam." At the same time, regulatory agencies in multiple countries around the world have raised serious questions about Tools for Humanity's iris scanning and data collection methods.
