Institution: NVIDIA 800V Power Rack Chosen as a Vera Rubin Deployment Option, Expected to Expand Adoption Across the Rubin Ultra Generation
According to TrendForce’s latest research on AI server power supply architecture, NVIDIA is advancing its 800V HVDC power rack solution. It plans to stock inventory in Q3 2026 for selection by Vera Rubin customers; this is a non-standard configuration. Based on rack power consumption design, the 800V Power Rack will begin gradually scaling up after the Rubin Ultra series launches in the second half of 2027, and is expected to achieve large-scale adoption in 2028.
BlockBeats news: On June 25, according to TrendForce’s latest AI server power supply architecture research, NVIDIA is actively building its own 800V HVDC Power Rack solution, with the target to complete stockpiling in Q3 2026.
