Abstract generation in progress

Mars Finance News: Longci Technology stated on its interactive platform that the company’s high-end chip inductors currently have multiple models undergoing test and verification at internationally renowned semiconductor power-supply manufacturers and leading power module manufacturers. Some part numbers have already obtained customer certification, and the demonstration effect from benchmark customers is helping bring more customers on board.

The company has completed the construction of dedicated facilities. The inductor production lines are progressing steadily with equipment setup and capacity ramp-up. The capacity plan offers relatively high flexibility, enabling the company to respond quickly to growth in demand from downstream customers. The company will dynamically adjust its production schedule cadence to ensure delivery to key customers.

Compared with similar manufacturers, the company’s differentiation is mainly reflected in three areas: First is the barrier in underlying materials—over 30 years of magnetic materials technology accumulation plus self-developed powder and compression molding processes achieve vertical integration from magnetic powder cores to inductor components, with controllable cost and performance. Second is certification and channel reuse—the existing automotive-grade channels can shorten the new product introduction cycle, and when combined with endorsements from existing leading customers, new customer onboarding progresses faster. Third is positioning of the technology roadmap—a dual-path layout of TLVR and Non-TLVR. TLVR shows clear advantages in transient response in multi-phase DC-DC solutions, aligning with the iteration direction of next-generation GPU/CPU power-supply architecture. (Cailianshe)
