Yesterday, BTC took a sharp dive due to interest rate hawkishness, causing a large number of high-leverage long positions to be trapped. Many kept adding positions as prices fell, leading to expanding floating losses. Here is a layered unwinding strategy:

1. Lightly trapped within 5%
Gradually reduce positions at rebound resistance levels, use freed-up funds to do low-level rolling T+0 trades, gradually shrink floating losses, and do not add principal to average down.

2. Moderately trapped 10%-20%
Stop adding positions immediately, halve positions at each rebound, offset losses with short-term swing profits, and do not fantasize about recovering all losses in a single move.

3. Deeply trapped with high leverage near liquidation
Aggressively reduce positions to preserve capital, keep only a small base position; adding positions in a downtrend only increases risk. Principal comes first. #BTC
