Shenchao TechFlow news: On June 25, according to Cointelegraph, the American Arbitration Association (AAA), together with Integra Ledger and multiple technology and crypto companies including Google, IBM, Circle, Hedera, and Cardano, jointly launched the Legal Context Protocol (LCP), an open standard that adds a legal layer to agentic AI transactions.

The protocol is designed to make legal terms, consent, and dispute resolution “discoverable and verifiable” when AI agents transact on behalf of individuals or organizations. Gartner predicts that spending in the agentic payments economy will reach $15 trillion by 2028. LCP can operate without a blockchain and complements existing payment protocols. A Hedera co-founder said that as AI agents begin making decisions and transactions on behalf of users, there needs to be clarity on solutions when problems arise.
