Lately, I've seen many folks having their bank accounts locked, suspected to be due to involvement in P2P transactions. I'm sharing some experience gathered from the real situations of those who have gone through it. Save this for future reference.

1. Mild case: Handle directly with the bank
🔹If you're lucky, you just need to go to the bank to sign a commitment letter stating "not involved with dirty money flow" and they'll reactivate your card the same day.
2. Case requiring verification: What documents to prepare?
🔹If the bank requires working with the police to clarify the source of funds, just calmly prepare these items to avoid wasted trips:
- Bank account statement: Get the last 6 months, remember to request the bank's official red stamp.
- Transaction history on the exchange: Export the history file for the last 6 months as well.
- Salary statement: If you are employed by a company, prepare it; if not, skip it.
- Personal identification: Bring the original citizen ID card with you.
3. What to note during the process?
🔹Cooperate honestly: Arrive on time as per the invitation. Just tell it like it is, provide truthful information. If you are upright, not committing fraud or money laundering, then in the end they will reopen your account.
🔹What if you're far away? If the place of summons is too far (different province/city), you have the right to submit a request to report to the local police where you live, or negotiate to reschedule for easier travel.
4. Be highly vigilant to avoid losing money unfairly
🔹Extremely important: Absolutely do not transfer money to anyone who promises "bribes" or "quick fixes". Those broker groups, pulling you into private groups, are just tricking you into paying them, don't believe them.
🔹 Do not transfer any amount of money without an official decision document from the investigating authority.
In general, handle things calmly as they come, follow the correct procedures and everything will be resolved. Wishing you all smooth sailing!
