Most Sleep-to-Earn projects have an invisible ceiling:

Users sleep to earn rewards, not to truly become healthier.
@sleepagotchi The later adjustment was crucial—it no longer only focuses on "how long you slept," but integrates sleep into a larger health system.
Now it has formed a clear three-layer structure:
Bottom layer: real physical signals collected by wearable devices
Middle layer: AI analysis + personalized suggestions (truly helping optimize behavior)
Top layer: incentive and feedback mechanism (Web3 sense of participation)
This effectively fills a long-missing piece in the industry:
Making health data not just recorded, but continuously used and driven in a closed loop.
Many people underestimate the difficulty of this—
Recording sleep is easy, but truly changing sleep habits is extremely hard.
So its core has shifted from "did you sleep" to "why do you keep repeating unhealthy rhythms."
If this closed loop truly works, Sleep-to-Earn will have a chance to genuinely evolve into Health-to-Own.
