Xiaomi’s stock has been dropping continuously, and now many people are criticizing Xiaomi.


Xiaomi’s low-end strategy is actually quite good—such as when it created a low-end brand called Redmi.
They want to position Xiaomi as a high-end brand, but that’s not appropriate; Xiaomi can at most be positioned as a mid-range brand.
I suggest Xiaomi create another high-end brand, called “Lei Mi”.
