ETH’s sharp surge from the 1551 low is an emotional repair. There’s no bottom formation, no retracement-and-confirmation, and the foundation is weak—this is not a reversal.
The 1630 area is where the upper Bollinger Band and the previous dense chip zone overlap. Selling pressure is concentrated there, making it extremely difficult to break through all at once.
The MACD red histogram is narrowing, RSI is turning down from a high level, bullish momentum can no longer be sustained, and the rebound is nearing exhaustion.
