According to The Block, two polls commissioned by the Prediction Market Alliance show that both Republican and Democratic voters in the U.S. prefer a federal unified regulatory framework for prediction markets over state-by-state regulation. The polls also reveal that only 8% of respondents believe prediction market platforms should be declared illegal in the U.S., with voters under 35 showing the highest interest in using prediction markets.
