The Philippine Army has postponed the graduation of 12 civilian volunteers after allegations of assault by an instructor. The incident, which occurred on Monday night, has led to an ongoing investigation, with the trainees temporarily held back from becoming members of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit (Cafgu) Active Auxiliary (CAA).
