Ripple Gets Preliminary EU CASP Approval Under MiCA

Ripple received preliminary approval from Luxembourg's CSSF for a CASP license that could cover 30 EEA countries after remaining conditions are met. Final approval would allow Ripple to offer virtual asset services to financial institutions and businesses across the EEA. Ripple said the license would support cryptocurrency and stablecoin payment infrastructure in Europe.
