On June 22, reporters learned from the Beijing Municipal Government Service and Data Management Bureau that, building on the existing foundation of the Jingtong mini-program and integrating services and information resources from various municipal departments, the Beijing government service platform Jingtong App has officially launched, becoming a new window for "Beijing Services." It is understood that the Jingtong App, based on artificial intelligence technology, has built a government service intelligent agent called "Jingjing." Through conversational interaction, it accurately matches users with services, information, Q&A content, and more, achieving a seamless link between "search, Q&A, and processing" for related services. Services not displayed on the homepage can also be accessed with one click via the AI smart search function. Additionally, the Jingtong App has added an "Information" section, gathering various types of information such as culture, sports, transportation, and healthcare, and launched a "City Service Calendar" to showcase the latest daily activities. This breaks the traditional concept of government service platforms being primarily service-oriented, achieving an effective integration of government services and city information.
