South Korea FSS Eyes Leveraged ETF Curbs as KOSPI Trips Circuit Breaker

South Korea's FSS said single-stock leveraged ETF market capitalization more than doubled to 9.6 trillion won by June 12 as the agency considered separate stabilization measures. The ETFs track Samsung Electronics and SK Hynix and were listed on the local Korean exchange on May 27, 2026.
