🇺🇸🇮🇷 Trump Says Iran Will Not Charge Fees for Ships Passing Through Hormuz President Donald Trump stated that Iran has confirmed it will not impose any fees on ships passing through the Strait of Hormuz.
🚢 The announcement comes as tensions in the region continue easing and global shipping routes remain open.
💰 Trump also clarified that the United States has not transferred money directly to Iran.
Instead, part of Iran’s frozen assets currently controlled by the U.S. will be used to purchase agricultural products from American farmers, including:

• Wheat
• SoybeansThe food supplies are intended to support Iran’s domestic food demand under the current framework.
🛢️ Oil prices have now fallen below $70 per barrel, moving close to levels seen before the Middle East conflict escalated.
📈 U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent also expressed confidence that the U.S. economy could return to a 3% growth trajectory.
