Chinese characters are truly profound and extensive. Clearly meaning "to kill with a knife," but the master adds a stroke with a pen, turning it into "to throw"—a knife killing someone, intentionally changing it to a fault.


20 years ago, I thought this was just an ancient folk joke; only 10 years ago did I realize that this is called "advanced legal reasoning" and "redefining."
