After consolidating sideways all day, many people are starting to call for a breakout, but I think there's no need to get excited yet. The rebound after yesterday's plunge was already lacking in volume, and this recent wave seems more like a sentiment rally driven by news stimuli.
The strong resistance level at 1700 has not been truly stabilized yet, and the trend remains bearish. After just killing the shorts, it may not be long before the market reverses and traps the long positions.
For now, hold onto the short positions and wait for the market to give an answer.
